The Desktop Support Engineer will be a very hands-on, member of the Tier 2 Desktop Support team and responsible for TRAC Intermodal desktop and laptop configurations including Windows operating systems and software as well as other custom applications and mobile device management. Using effective verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, high responsiveness, technical, and analytical skills, the Desktop Support Engineer will also manage projects, provide technical support including the maintenance and upgrading of IT equipment resources, supervise support personnel as required, and develop and maintain positive working relationships with our user community. The Service Desk and Desktop Support team report directly to the Service Delivery Manager.
