  • Overview

    The Sales Support Coordinator will assist the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Sales VP’s and Inside Sales Team with administrative and Customer support activities.  

    Responsibilities

    • Work as a liaison with Commercial and other internal teams at TRAC, as assigned, to clarify customer requests made of the Commercial team
    • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Commercial team which includes (but is not limited to) preparing proposals, creating PowerPoint presentations, inputting/updating customer information in the CRM system, contacting customers directly, etc.
    • Work closely with Commercial Reps to follow up on assigned sales tasks, such as pricing requests, contract renewals, billing adjustments, etc. 
    • Coordinate and work closely with the Marketing department to assist Commercial in coordinating customer meeting agendas, sales collateral, presentations, sales events, etc.
    • Provide backup support to the Commercial team when Sales Reps are traveling

    Qualifications

     

    • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be “customer friendly”
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects in a team environment
    • Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy 
    • Must be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment
    • Must be able to learn company software systems, and have strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint 
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required depending on experience
    • A minimum of three years related business experience desired
    • Tempo is fast-paced with stringent deadlines
    • Travel may be required but infrequently
